Where does Seloor deliver?
We currently deliver to the United States only. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing generally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery generally takes 7–20 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please check timing before ordering for Halloween or another event.
How do I choose pumpkin slippers?
Measure your foot length, then use the pumpkin slippers size guide. Supplier CN labels are not EU sizes; the supplier's US reference does not specify men's or women's sizing.
Will the faucet attachment fit my sink?
Fit depends on your faucet outlet and thread size. Read the product guidance and email a clear outlet photo and thread measurement to hello@seloor.com if you are unsure. We can ask the supplier to check before you order.
How do multi-pack offers work?
On the faucet page, select the pack quantity; the pack price shown is the total. TurboScrub Pro offers use an automatic eligible cart discount. Compare the product page and cart before checkout.
After You Order
Where is my tracking?
We email tracking information when available after shipping. Updates may take 24–72 hours to appear. If you need help, email us with your order number.
Can I return an item?
You can request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your item. Standard returns require an unused or unworn item, tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Sale items and other exclusions apply. Contact us before sending anything back. Read the full Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email hello@seloor.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.
